NSS October 2021 Monthly Evaluation form out for submission

The Management of the National service scheme has released the monthly evaluation form for October 2021.

NSS personnel can find out here how to download, print, and get their form endorsed by their supervisor at the user agency.

NB: Personnel who fail to submit the monthly evaluation form may not be able to receive October, 2021 Monthly Allowance.
